Is specific equipment required to complete the adventure park course?
No particular equipment is compulsory on the "Arbre et Aventure en Pays DIGNOIS3 but for the good practice of the different activities it is strongly recommended to come in sneakers and trousers. Mini shorts, skirts and dresses are not recommended.
Is entry free for guides who do not practice tree climbing?
Yes, companions who do not practice the activities can circulate in the park without paying an entrance fee.
Do the children need to be accompanied?
Accompanying adults, if they are not practicing, must imperatively be present on the ground to supervise children under 14 years of age.
Are you followed by an operator on the different courses at height?
No, you are not followed, access to the courses at height is done independently. The members of the team are nevertheless present on the ground in the park to monitor you, advise you and intervene in the event of difficulties.
Do you have to do all the courses at height?
No, you do not have to do all the courses at height. On the other hand, it is recommended to carry out the courses respecting the progression and the difficulty. You evolve at your own pace, according to your desires and your abilities. You can also repeat the same routes several times.
Is the duration of activity limited for courses at height?
No, the duration is not limited; you can practice until closing time.
Is there a maximum weight to be able to practice the courses at height?
Yes the maximum weight to practice the courses is 120 kilos.
What about the weather?
In the event of a storm or strong winds, the park is evacuated and closed until the calm returns. From the moment the waiting time is more than an hour, users who have spent less than an hour in the park are given free entries.
At what time of the day is it advisable to come?
During the summer period, the crowds in the park are quite substantial from 2 p.m., so we advise you to come in the morning or after 4 p.m.
What are the forms of payment accepted ?
We accept payment by cash, credit card and holiday vouchers. Cheques are not accepted.
Are dogs accepted?
Yes dogs are accepted but they must be kept on a leash and leave the park clean.
